The Rsat mounts help ensure that the plugs won't come loose by not allowing them to come disconnected whilst in the mount. This maximizes reliability as well as providing a neat way to install the Rsats. The wire and antenna holders are to help direct the Antenna's to where you want them to be placed and stops them moving round.
